I chose the embossed A4 option to write up my family history in a neat fountain pen script. Your Journal is perfect for the purpose. A great quality paper and binding is giving me exactly the presentation I wanted. And the embossed cover and presentation box is exactly what I want to give the finished journal to my family.

I ordered a personalised notepad, expecting customisation as advertised. What I received was not personalised at all just a standard notepad, despite costing significantly more than a usual one bought in-store.

I contacted the seller in January to raise this issue but have yet to receive any response or resolution.

Very disappointing experience, particularly due to the lack of customer service.

I love this brand, but truthfully the bookmark fell off within the first fortnight. Bit disappointing but other than that everything else is superb about it.

Beautiful journal, personalization, wrapping, even the handwriting on the gift card was perfect! Thank you!!
