- Train and supervise fulfilment/personalisation staff
- Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment, and supplier relationships
- Drive company van for supplier collections, stock transfers, and occasional deliveries
- Optimise sales channels and operational systems (ERP)
- Document and improve SOPs to support scaling
- Ensure smooth peak season execution (especially Q4 / Christmas)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management, fulfilment, logistics, or light manufacturing
- Experience leading and motivating a small team
- Strong systems thinker with process improvement experience
- Commercial awareness and cost-conscious mindset
- Confident with digital systems (Shopify, inventory software, shipping platforms)
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Physically comfortable handling stock and working hands-on when required
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Why Join Wykeham’s?
- Play a pivotal role in scaling a premium British brand
- Work closely with the founder and shape operational strategy
- Build systems from the ground up
- Beautiful working environment in North Oxford
- Genuine long-term growth opportunity
