How can I get a product personalised?

Personalisation is available on all of our products. You’ll see a personalisation button (just above the buy button) where you can add the characters and images to the front and back of our journals. Please double-check spelling before confirming, as personalised items are made to order and non-returnable unless faulty.

Here's a detailed guide of how to personalise your journal:

How to add text?

Select the variant which you want via the variant selectors.

Press the Personalise Journal button and wait for the next screen to load.

Select whether you want to personalise the back or the front. You can do both but this will result in an extra fee. 

Type the text and alignment you want and click add to cart. Then close the window and go to your cart to complete your purchase.

How to add a logo on custom design?

Select the variant which you want via the variant selectors

Press the Personalise Journal button and wait for the next screen to load

Select the option to add a logo or custom design to the back of the journal. We currently only allow personalisation with custom designs to the back of our journals.

Select choose file and select the file you want use from your files. We currently ask for images of at 500px by 500px so as to make sure the design is detailed enough to print on the journal.

Position the design to how you want it look on the journal and click the tick icon when you are happy with it.

Select whether you have added this design to an order before - for new designs we charge a £50 setup fee, for previously used designs we charge our standard fee - then click add to cart and the cross icon at the top. Go to your cart to complete the purchase.
