Fulfilment & Personalisation Assistant – E-Commerce (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Oxford | £13.16–£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience) | 40 hours/week (with option for overtime)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 4-month fixed term contract (01/10/25 – 31/01/26)

Wykeham’s is a fast-growing, personalised stationery brand with big ambitions. We’re deeply committed to creating a profound writing experience for our customers. We are currently a 2-person team in need of help to keep our customers happy. As a fulfilment and personalisation assistant, you’ll be at the heart of production: personalising products, packing orders, and helping us shape the systems that help us scale.

What You’ll Do

• Operate personalisation equipment (e.g. hot foil embossing) – training provided
• Pick, pack and quality check daily orders
• Help manage inventory and supplies
• Liaise with founders to refine fulfilment systems
• Keep the workspace tidy and organised
• Occasionally help with bulk orders or seasonal tasks (e.g. Christmas gift prep)
• Ensure every customer gets a beautifully made product, on time

What We’re Looking For

• No experience necessary, but some experience in fulfilment, print production, or light manufacturing role is useful.
• A perfectionist streak — you care about getting details right
• Happy lifting boxes, standing on your feet, and working to a daily dispatch deadline
• Comfortable using simple digital systems (Shopify, Click & Drop, label printers etc.)
• Reliable, organised, and independent
