Geschenkverpackung

Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to share this message. It's really wonderful to hear you loved the gift-wrapping. We always aim to add an extra special touch and it's lovely to hear you felt this was achieved. That's what it's all about! Much appreciate it and we hope to see you again soon :)

Hi Carole, thanks very much for the feedback. We sincerely apologise if you felt the wrapping wasn't what you wanted - that's a real shame to hear as we do take time over it. Are you able to clarify a little further what the issue was, so that we can avoid the same in the future? Wrapping is done carefully by hand in our studio, so it may be the base that it became damaged in transit. Many thanks!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review - we're so thrilled you liked the gift wrapping and felt the service was efficient. We wish you a successful 2026 using your journal!

We're so glad the wrapping went down well! Thank you so much for taking the time to review :)
