Shipping Service and Shipping From Locations

We use Royal Mail, DHL Express and Amazon Fulfilment for our deliveries. Please see below shipping methods for your country:

  • United Kingdom: All these orders will be shipped within the United Kingdom, via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery courier services.
  • United States: for all non-personalised orders we ship from within the United States, via Amazon Logistics US (or other preferred carriers). For personalised orders, we ship directly from our United Kingdom studio, via Royal Mail Tracked PDDP or DHL Express DDP courier services.
  • Germany: for non-personalised orders we ship from within Germany, via Amazon Logistics Germany (or other preferred carriers). For personalised orders, we ship directly from our United Kingdom studio, via Royal Mail Tracked or DHL Express DDP courier services.
  • Canada: These orders will be shipped from within the Canada, via Amazon Logistics Canada. For personalised orders, we ship directly from our United Kingdom studio, via Royal Mail Tracked or DHL Express DDP courier services.
  • Other Locations: All these orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom, via Royal Mail Tracked or DHL Express DDP courier services.

Shipping Charges

We charge for standard shipping in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or Germany.

In the UK, we also offer an expedited delivery service within the UK which can be added at checkout for an extra fee of £4.99. We also offer a next day service at the cost of £9.99.

In the US, Germany and Canada, we offer only offer a premium delivery service which normally takes 1-2 days to arrive.

For all other locations, we charge for delivery fee for each item shipped.

Please be aware that shipping to UK Crown Dependencies will be charged at our international shipping rate.

Shipping Timelines and Handling Times

Details of expected shipping timelines are below:

  • United Kingdom: 2-5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for expedited deliveries.
  • United States: 2-5 days for standard shipments, 1-2 business days for premium deliveries, but sometimes longer for more remote locations, during peak times, or for personalised order.
  • Germany: 2-5 business days and 1-2 business days for premium deliveries, but sometimes longer for more remote locations, during peak times, or for personalised order.
  • Canada: 2-7 days for standard shipments, 1-2 business days for premium deliveries, but sometimes longer for more remote locations, during peak times, or for personalised order.
  • Other Locations: 2-7 days for standard shipments, 1-5 business days for premium deliveries, but sometimes longer for more remote locations, during peak times, or for personalised order.

All orders will have tracking information so you can track your items. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up. For personalised orders (non-domestic) shipped using our premium delivery service please use the the DHL on demand app to manage the shipment. 

If you have ordered 2 items from us please note that they may arrive in separate packaging at separate times. 

If your order does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier. If you accept "leave in safe place" directly with our courier we do will no longer take responsibility for the package.

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

Tracking Your Delivery

If you wish to check the status of your order please check your despatch email. The tracking number and delivery service used can then be consulted to track the order.
