Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@wykehams.shop. Please note that, in the UK, returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, for international returns you will be asked to send these to a different address. Details of this address will be given to you when you submit a return. Outside the UK, postage and carrier costs of returns are taken on by the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We do no accept returns of used products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase when you email us, such as your order number. All our returns are free of charge in the UK and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Cancellations
We do accept order cancellations on orders that have not yet despatched. Please start this process by logging into your account and following the prompts to cancel your order. You can also email us at info@wykehams.shop if you have any questions or problems.
Please be aware that on customised/personalised orders, we only accept cancellations if we have not yet already personalised the product. Please contact us to check whether this is possible as soon as you want to cancel your order.
Defective Items, Damages and Issues
We issue refunds on defective items, there is often no need to return the item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (at info@wykehams.shop) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will refund or replace all products that are defective, damaged faulty or never arrived. There is no need to return the item. Please make sure you send us a photo of the issue with your order number to info@wykehams.shop to arrange for a refund or replacement.
In some instances, we may get you to return the item/s to us. Please see the next section - "Process for Returning an Item" - for how to do this.
Process for Returning an Item
If you are submitting a return for a reason other than a defective item (such as the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item etc.), please see the below method for submitting a return.
The method for submitting a return is the following:
- You can start a return by logging into your account (in the header, at the top of every page of our website).
- Once you have logged in, navigate to your orders page and select the order you want to return. Select request return and select a reason for the return. You can then request you return.
- After this, you will receive an email with your return details and a return label (as an attachment).
- Print out and attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your local drop off point (this will vary based on your location - Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics for most other locations)
- Once we receive the returned item we will refund you order. Please see the information in "Refunds" section for how long this will take.
