Wykehams Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, cancel an order, or report a problem, please review our streamlined policy below. For any questions, you can always reach us at order@wykehams.shop.
📅 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We calculate this window starting from the day the item was delivered, based on the tracking information connected to your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
Note: Used products cannot be accepted for return.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, EU law grants you a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Sale Items: This right does apply to sale items.

Condition & Inspection: You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the goods to establish their nature and characteristics (as you would in a physical shop). However, if the item is heavily used or handled beyond what is necessary, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the diminished value.

Delivery Fees: If you exercise this 14-day right, we will refund the full amount of the product plus the cost of our standard initial delivery fee.
🛠️ Process for Returning an Item
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, it doesn't fit, or it is no longer wanted, please follow these steps:

Log In: Log into your account using the link at the top of our website.

Request Return: Navigate to your orders page, select the order you wish to return, click Request Return, select your reason, and submit.

Ship Your Item: You will receive an email containing your return details and a printable return label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local drop-off point.

Return Shipping Costs & Addresses

United Kingdom & United States: Returns are free of charge when using our provided prepaid label at your local drop-off point.

Note for UK Mail: If required by your courier, our UK return address is: Rear Office, 34 South Parade, Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK, OX2 7HN. Customers can get their return labels directly from Royal Mail here.

- Canada, Australia, & Germany: Return postage and carrier costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International (All Other Locations): You will be responsible for the direct carrier costs of return postage. Details of your specific local drop-off point or return address will be emailed to you upon submitting your request.

Original Delivery Charges: For non-EU orders, original delivery charges are non-refundable unless there was a specific issue with your delivery.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your account or email will not be accepted.
❌ Order Cancellations

Standard Orders: We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been dispatched. Please log into your account and follow the prompts to cancel your order, or email order@wykehams.shop for assistance.

Customised / Personalised Orders: We can only accept cancellations on custom orders if we have not yet begun the production/personalisation process. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom item.
⚠️ Damages, Defective Items, and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, faulty, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at order@wykehams.shop.

No Return Necessary (In Most Cases): We frequently issue full refunds or replacements for defective items without requiring you to mail them back.

How to Claim: Email us your order number along with a clear photo of the damage or defect.

Exceptions: In rare instances, we may request that the item be sent back to us for evaluation; if so, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned (except in cases of damage or defect):

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Custom or personalised products (unless cancelled prior to production).

Personal care and beauty goods.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards.

Sale items (Note: This exclusion does not apply to EU customers utilising their 14-day cooling-off period).
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
💰 Refunds Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved.

Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item.

Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
